Fish soup

Suitable fish species:

  • Blue cod
  • Sea perch


  • Salt
  • Spring onion
  • Ginger
  • Cooking wine
  • Optional: vinegar, ajinomoto, coriander


  1. Clean the fish, cut it into two pieces and put them into a pot.
  2. Cut the spring onion into segments, chop up the ginger and put it into the pot.
  3. Add enough water, add cooking wine and salt, and boil over high heat.
  4. Then turn to simmer for 40 minutes, and finally add appropriate amount of vinegar, ajinomoto and coriander according to personal taste.
