Suitable fish species:
- Blue cod
- Sea perch
- Spring onion
- Cooking wine
- Optional: vinegar, ajinomoto, coriander
- Clean the fish, cut it into two pieces and put them into a pot.
- Cut the spring onion into segments, chop up the ginger and put it into the pot.
- Add enough water, add cooking wine and salt, and boil over high heat.
- Then turn to simmer for 40 minutes, and finally add appropriate amount of vinegar, ajinomoto and coriander according to personal taste.
