Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email when your order has been processed. Orders received after 2pm will be processed the next business day.

During COVID-19 ALERT 3-4 no-contact delivery

During COVID-19 ALERT 3-4 we run no-contact delivery, which means our driver will leave your order on your front doorstep or at a place instructed by you in your order, and knock on your door to notify. There will be no face-to-face contact and no signature required.

We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

Please note that parcel damage or loss is out of our control after parcel is delivered. Related refund or damage claim won’t be accepted. We would do our best to provide delivery info required.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at “14 Torrens Road, Burswood, Auckland” or “100 Don Mckinnon Drive, Albany, Auckland (In Dahua Supermarket)”. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with pick up instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 14:00-17:00 on Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Please supply your order number in the confirmation email to the store staff when you pick up your order.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us.
