Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have strict policies in place to ensure the high quality of products when packed. Quality is our highest priority. And if the product is returned due to quality issues, we will refund full amount of the returned product and related delivery fee. Refunds for any other reason will not be accepted. 

Refund claim must be made within a reasonable period of time from delivery. For example, within 4 hours of delivery.

The amount paid by voucher can not be exchanged for cash and can not be refunded. 

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. Due to differences in monitors, colours of products may also appear different to those shown on the site, which is not a quality issue.

Due to weather fluctuations and seasonal changes, fresh fruit and vegetables may vary in supply.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges Process

Please email your refund request to order@nzlivefishmarket.co.nz with the following information:

  • Photos of product to be returned or exchanged
  • your order number
  • return/exchange reason
  • your bank account to receive the refund

Our customer service team will review and if necessary investigate your claim further. If customer service is satisfied that a refund or exchange is warranted, we will replace the goods as per your request.
