Delivery Information
Your order will be prepared, packed and delivered to your door. During COVID-19 ALERT 1-4 we run no-contact delivery, which means our driver will leave your order on your front doorstep or at place instructed in your order and knock door to notify. There will be no face-to-face contact and no signature required. Please note that parcel damage or loss is out of our control after parcel is delivered. Related refund or damage claim won’t be accepted. We would do our best to provide delivery info required.
Orders must be placed by 2pm to receive overnight delivery. Any orders placed after 2pm will be 2-day delivery. For example, order placed at 1pm Tuesday will be delivered on Wednesday. Order placed at 3pm Tuesday will be delivered on Thursday. Order placed at Friday, Saturday, and Sunday before 2pm will be delivered on next Monday. Order placed at Sunday after 2pm will be delivered on next Tuesday. Order placed at Public Holidays will be delivered on the day after next working day.
Our delivery days are Monday to Friday, no delivery on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

Delivery Range
Currently we only deliver to Auckland within range below. After COVID-19 ALERT1-4 period, we may be able to ship to districts out of Auckland. Please pay attention to range updates here.
AKL East: within Bucklands Beach, Howick, Cockle Bay, Shamrock Park
AKL South: within Wiri (Browns Road), Totara Park, Ormiston
AKL West: within Titirangi (Atkinson Road), Western Heights, Ranui, Massey, Whenuapai
AKL North: Long Bay, Redvale, Albany Heights
Packing
Orders are packed on the same day of delivery. Orders are packed to the nearest weight requested, and should weigh at least the weight requested.
-Live seafood: weight ordered is product green weight. After getting product from live tank and weighing, our staff will clean it and pack (for example, finfish will be gilled, gutted, scaled off and packed into vacuum bag). So please note packed weight is less than weight ordered(deduct gill, gut and scale weight). Also please allow water drip loss weight during delivery for shellfish.
-Meat: packed per kg into vacuum bag
-Vegetable & Fruit: veggie and fruit packaging
After individually packed for each product, the product bags will be packed into cold chain boxes with frozen ice packs for our drivers to deliver, to ensure product remains temperature controlled and fresh. If you receive your product and it is warm, do not consume it and contact us immediately.
We value product quality and will endeavor to meet your request. Please let us know by leaving a message in the Special Instructions box if you have special requirement for your orders.
Exchange and Return
NZ Live Fish Market strictly select high quality products and pack carefully. Quality is the thing we value the most. If the product return is due to quality issue of the product, we will refund full amount of the returned product and related delivery fee. Returning goods without quality issue won’t be accepted.
If the return is due to customer reason (e.g. submitted wrong delivery address) or customer’s incorrect storage, return won’t be accepted.
Refund claim must be made within 12 hours of goods left at your doorstep. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
The amount paid by coupon can’t be exchanged for cash and can’t be refunded.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. Due to differences in monitors, colours of products may also appear different to those shown on the site, which is not a quality issue.
Due to impact of weather, seasons, climate and other factors, fresh seafood, vegetables and fruits are slightly different in different batches, which is normal.
Exchange and Return Process

Our customer service team will review your claim. If conditions for replacement are met, we will replace the goods per your request. If conditions for refund are met, we will issue refund within 2 working days after we receive your returned products. The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. We will send you a refund confirmation email once the refund has been processed. The amount paid by coupon can’t be exchanged for cash and can’t be refunded.

Thank you for being our registered customer. By using our site, you are deemed to have read and agreed to all the content on our site. If you do not agree to these content you should cease using our site. We may update information on our website at any time and without notice to you. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted and your continued use of our site means you agree to our revised terms.
Customers are responsible for every action they take while logged in. We will use the product list, quantity, delivery address and contact info in the order you submitted for order delivery. If you find the order info is wrong, please contact us as soon as possible to get it amended. In case of stock shortage, we will inform you as soon as possible and issue related refund.
All price on our website is in New Zealand Dollars $. Price is GST and tax included. Apart from product price, customers need to pay delivery fee. NZ Live Fish Market reserve the rights to accept the order or not. If the order delivery address is beyond our delivery range, we will inform you as soon as possible and issue the order refund.
Products and specials advertised on our site are subject to availability and while stocks last.
We disclaim (to the maximum extent permitted in law) all liability for any damage or loss resulting from your use of, or reliance on our website or the information provided via our website.
