NZ Live Online Shopping Process
1. Login or Register
Click “Register” in the upper right corner of the homepage, fill in the personal information on the “Create Account” information page, and click “Submit” to reach the “My Account” page, and your registration is successful.
2. Searching your products
Browsing product page → select products and choose quantity → “add to cart”
3. Add to shopping cart
a) In the shopping cart, the system defaults the order quantity for each item to 1. If you want to purchase multiple items, you can modify the purchased quantity.
b) In the shopping cart, you can move the product into the collection, or choose to delete it, or you can empty the shopping cart and re-select it again.
c) In the shopping cart, you can directly view the discounts of the products, the names of the products participating in the promotional activities, the promotional topics。
d) The products at the bottom of the shopping cart page are: recommended, promoted products “My Favorites” according to the products in the shopping cart. If you have the products you need, click “Add to Cart”
4. Submit orders
After confirmation of the product and postage fees you agreed with submitting the order, click Pay Now
5. Checking or tracking order status
After placing your order successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email from NZ Live. If you need to check the status of your order, please log in to your account and go to “My Account” to check the status of your order.
1. Commodity prices will be adjusted from time to time. The final price is based on the price when you placing an order after you submit the order.
2. The delivery time, the delivery rate may be adjusted. The final transaction information is subject to the latest information published on the website when you submit the order.
